Greyfield North Subdivision is an HOA community with some of the best schools, biggest lots, and with some of the best amenities while maintaining the lowest dues around! We pride ourselves on keeping our neighborhood beautiful. If you have just bought a home in our neighborhood, we would like to be the first to say, “Welcome Home!”

Our pool house is located at the front of the subdivision. It is a secured facility for use by our residents and their guests. We have an amazing pool pavilion equipped with tables and chairs and even fans for those hot summer days!

We have two beautifully maintained tennis courts for your enjoyment. Right outside the fence is our subdivision basketball court located in the parking lot of the pool house. Please refer to the amenities rules page for more information on use of these amenities.

BUYING OR SELLING INFORMATION

  • Letters for our residents in good standing for closings and procedures for sending fees can be obtained by contacting our Secretary at greyfieldnorthsubdivision@gmail.com or by clicking on the email button at the top of this page.

  • We have an initiation fee of $500 whenever a property transfers ownership. Our dues are considerably lower than the surrounding neighborhoods with an annual HOA fee between $350 and $400.

  • We have a RENTAL cap of 5% for homes in our neighborhood. We are currently at 5% of homes rented. Please refer to our By-Laws and Covenants page for the newest amendment approved Novemeber 5th, 2021.

 

  • 2023 HOA dues will be $375.00

  • Our HOA is currently run by an all volunteer Board and is why our dues are the lowest around! If you are interested in volunteering for any position or events please send an email to greyfieldnorthsubdivision@gmail.com. Due to the lack of volunteers and workloads for several Board positions we are currently transitioning workloads to Access Management Group. This company fits the needs of our community and will help with the management of records to include residential information, finances, ACC, community maintenance and much more.

  • Bullard Elementary, McClure Middle, and Kennesaw Mountain High are the schools our subdivision is zoned for.
